Meet Mrs. Renarda Rusielewicz – Art Teacher

Mrs. Rusielewicz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education and a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning. With over 20 years of experience in education, she is passionate about helping students discover their creativity and develop confidence in their artistic abilities. She enjoys introducing Pre-K through Grade 8 students to a variety of artists, techniques, and materials while encouraging them to explore their own ideas. As a Catholic school educator, she believes in nurturing each child's God-given gifts and creating a classroom rooted in faith, kindness, and encouragement. She finds great joy in watching students express themselves, take pride in their work, and discover that everyone can be an artist!

What to Expect in Art Class

Students in Pre-K through 8th grade will have art once a week. I will be at Our Lady Queen of Apostles on Mondays and Fridays, ready to create with you!

This year, we will:

•  Draw, paint, and explore different art materials.

• ️ Learn about famous artists and their masterpieces.

•  Take art adventures into other cultures and countries.

•  Use imagination and self-expression to create one-of-a-kind artwork.
